Dear Sir,

As per the Executive Committee decision of AIOCD held on the 28th January 2001 at Chennai. You are requested to implement the following instructions in your State in true spirit and word.

Please advice all your members not to purchase any new products introduced by any Company till Maximum retail price of the same is "Inclusive of all Taxes".
We are sending herewith stickers kindly make arrangement to paste it all the stockists /wholesalers and at prominent retailer places.
We also request you to confirm the action taken by you in the matter.
Your active role will lead us towards our goal.
